Rachel, a graduate, joined the company in May 2005 from Standard Life in Manchester, where she had worked for five years as an IFA Support Representative dealing with Life, Pensions and Investments. Rachel’s role as a Paraplanner is to research clients’ requirements, using the Internet and various technical tools, and to prepare detailed reports for the advisers. She is also qualified to help clients with queries of a more technical nature. Rachel is qualified to Cert PFS level and continuously updates her technical knowledge by studying for professional examinations. Rachel, who was married in 2007 and has one son, enjoys socialising, running, going to the gym and occasionally horseriding. |
